Welcome to The National M.O.M. Squad!
The M.O.M. Squad is an organization that was formed to benefit at-risk youth & whose mission is community service with a focus on at-risk children. We are Mothers of Professional children from many professions who have the like heart to serve in the community. The purpose of our Organization is to share a message; to encourage and inspire our underpriviledged community, to make positive choices in life, to break the cycles of poverty and abuse, while increasing their ability to dream and have hope for change. Our long-term goal is to develop a national presence by promoting positive choices to many families across the U.S. and offer productive efforts to overcome obstacles to enrich their communities to develop business leaders and entrepreneurs for our future.
2011 Christmas Giveaway
The National M.O.M. Squad was proud to be a host for the 2011 Christmas Dinner for 100 homeless family members registered at the Dallas Life Foundation. It was the TNMSO pleasure to give the family members a $10.00 gift card to promote a level of holiday normalcy and for them to purchase a personal gift for themselves. Also, it was a gift of delight for Leon Wright of the Chit Chat Restaurant to donate the space and all of the food and desert shared as part of the dinner. Moreover, it gave great joy for the Dallas Corvette Club to serve the plates along with Ice Tea to Men, Women, and Children whom had been displaced duriing this Holiday Season. any thanks to Dallas County for transporting the homeless families and for all of the Volunteers who came together as one to help us pull off this "Blissful Holiday Dinner" and for sharing their inspiring stories to give the families hope for a better life and dared the families to believe that this time in their life is just for a season.
God Bless each and everyone of the displaced Family Members with the gift of direction for a better life tomorrow and the Volunteers who had a mind to serve others during this Christmas Season.
We are humbled to have served underprivileged families a 2011 Christmas Dinner.
