National MOM Squad Membership


MEMBER LEVEL I ($100 Yearly Fee)
This Level of membership is defined as mothers of sports or entertainment professionals. Mother is broadly defined to include surrogate mothers, grandmothers, and other female relatives who have assumed the role of mother to the professional entertainer.   Each member will be asked to sign a pledge committing them to perform a minimum of 40 hours of community service in the city of their choice.  There is a requirement to pay dues, each member will be asked to contribute a nominal fee of $100.00 per year to cover administrative costs.

AUXILIARY MEMBERSHIP - FRIEND LEVEL II ($50 Yearly Fee)
This Level of membership is defined as women who are invited by members to join.  Prospective members must have a track record of community service.   Each Member Level I Chapter will have an Auxiliary Friends affiliated with the chapter.  Friends will be asked to serve on at least one committee per calendar year in the city of your membership or of your choice.  There is a requirement to pay dues, each member will be asked to contribute $50.00 per year to cover administrative costs.

HONORARY LEVEL III
Members of the served community who, by virtue of the office and/or position they hold enjoy status and prestige in the eyes of the public. These members can be politicians, heads of organizations, senior officials within the corporate, academic, and legal spheres, and members of the media. Honorary members will be expected to make occasional appearances in support of community projects and be available as advisors.
